• Manage Linux infrastructure on different clouds including AWS
• Proactively maintain, develop and troubleshoot all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service.
• Design, configuration, management and test of Distributed Highly Available cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
• Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools, Newrelic, Icinga, Uptime Robot.
• Work on Dockers and other DevOps tools[puppet, Ansible, Gitlab].
• Controls solution by establishing specifications and coordinating production with Developers.
• Automate tasks with Bash Scripting.

Data Centre Technician

Intel (As an external Company’s Employee) | 2019 - 2020

• Create, manage, monitor and resolve Incident/Service requests, adhere to OLA and SLA.
• Responsible for executing Add/Move/Change of equipment inside the Data Centre that includes server & racks, including shipping memos for offsite shipments
• Equipment landing/decommission/scrapping within SLA
• Manage Data Centre Network Including cabling activities inside data enter at rack & row following cable management process
• Responsible for remote sites troubleshooting of Windows and Linux server.
